Myriad specialty desserts spots in Flushing will offer you a glimpse of the neighborhood’s rich diversity and dynamism. Whether you’re seeking a late-night sugar rush or an elegant afternoon tea, our bustling neighborhood will surprise and delight! Yes, Flushing is a great place for a piping hot bowl of noodle soup for lunch or an expansive Cantonese banquet for dinner, but afterwards take a stroll along Prince Street, down 37th Avenue, or along Main Street and make your desserts a high point, rather than an end point to your meal.

FLUSHING FANTASTIC is a district wide initiative to promote the best of Flushing and invite visitors to experience all that Flushing offers. This year, the Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with Asian Americans for Equality, the Flushing BID, and the NYC Department of Small Business Services to launch a new district campaign to promote our vibrant and exciting neighborhood. This new online portal guides you to the best spots in Flushing with itineraries for exploration, recommends places to visit and eat, and most importantly, shines the spotlight on the people who live and work here.
Local businesses also benefit from this campaign: we are hosting free marketing workshops with the NYC Department of Small Business Services to assist entrepreneurs and provide a range of resources, including a style guide with neighborhood brand assets that businesses and community partners can use to promote the amazing things they are doing in Flushing, Queens.
