In 2015, the Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce established “Flushing Night Out” as the first community based night market in downtown Flushing drawing in a total of over 3,000 attendees in July and August.
Flushing Night Out seeks to bring together all the people who live and work in the Flushing community, showcase our amazing cultural diversity, promote small businesses, and make Flushing, NY a destination for the world. Flushing Night Out features area restaurants and businesses as well as live music and entertainment from local artists. In 2016, FNO expanded our exciting line-up of food and fashion entrepreneurs as well as live music and entertainment reflecting America’s most diverse community. In 2017, FNO was nominated for “Best of Queens” and moved to the historic Friends Meeting House, the oldest house of worship in New York.
