Pre-Parade Reception at the Chamber Office
Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 10 – 11am
Celebrate 2017, the Year of the Rooster, by participating in the famous Lunar New Year Parade in Flushing, Queens — the most diverse community in New York City!
March with the Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce! Meet at our office (39-01 Main Street, Suite 511) between 10:00AM and 11:00AM for some hot coffee and donuts… then, we’ll head off to the parade site together.
The parade (itself) lasts for approximately an hour; please make sure to dress warmly and in layers; we encourage attendees to also bring signs and banners. Afterwards, enjoy the diverse culture and amazing food in our community. See you then!
**The Parade is organized by a coalition of community groups led by the Flushing Chinese Business Association (FCBA) and the Korean American Association of Queens (KAAQ). Please post and help spread the word about this annual celebration of American pride and multiculturalism!**
