The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) is holding a series of workshops to assist facility owners/operators on how to use the online Tier II Filing System. The online system allows you to file electronically, attach Safety Data Sheet(s) and make a payment using either check/debit card or e-check.

In addition to the workshops, the Department of Environmental Protection will provide assistance to the facility owners/operators with the filing of the 2017 Tier II submissions on January 30th & 31st, February 21st & 22nd and March 13th & 14th 2018. The filing sessions will be held in:
