Active Design in Schools Grant Opportunity

The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s (DOHMH) Active Design in Schools program has provided support to schools to increase access to physical activity and active play through built environment enhancements. All NYC DOE K-12 public schools are encouraged to apply to participate in the program. Selected schools will receive services from pre-selected arts organizations in spring 2019 to develop an interactive wall or ground mural that promotes physical activity. We strongly encourage you to apply here before the October 19 deadline.
