Kevin Louie is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on investment sales in various neighborhoods in Queens including Bayside, College Point, Flushing, and Whitestone. Throughout his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Kevin has valuated and underwritten more than 156 properties and has been involved in the aggregate sale of over $150 million in real estate transactions in the New York Metro area.  Kevin covers Northern Queens, including: Bayside, College Point, Corona, Douglaston, Elmhurst, Flushing, Fresh Meadows, Jackson Heights, Kew Gardens, Little Neck, and Whitestone.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kevin was a Property/Portfolio Manager at AAA Transportation Group in New Hyde Park, New York. In this role, he managed and oversaw a diverse multimillion dollar real estate portfolio in New York and Florida. In two years, he acquired retail and residential properties which boosted the company’s net operating income by over 50%. He was responsible for the entire acquisition process from prospecting, analysis, negotiations, to closing.

Earlier, Kevin was a Project Manager at Glorious Sun Inc. in New York, New York, where he managed and oversaw numerous trophy real estate investment projects. He also spent time as an Office Manager at Integrated Abstract LLC in Flushing, New York and a Legal Assistant at Kee & Lau-Kee LLP in New York, New York.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Bernard Baruch
College – City University of New York. He is a member of the AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association
of America), the Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce, and also speaks various Chinese dialects.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking, running marathons
and obstacle course races.
